I am a board-certified pediatrician with a special interest in adolescent care and nutrition. I am passionate about providing equal access to care for all patients, and I believe in the power of patient education to teach families the importance of living a healthy lifestyle now that will have a positive impact for the future.
I joined North Country HealthCare in August 2015. As a member of North Country’s extraordinary team of physicians and providers, I serve as a pediatrician and Deputy Chief Medical Officer. Currently, I am involved in the further development of team-based programs and projects.
Prior to joining North Country HealthCare, I worked at the Chiricahua Community Centers in Bisbee, Arizona. In addition to working as a pediatrician, I also worked to develop pediatric programs and conducted research on obesity prevention and family coaching.
A fun fact about me is that I speak Spanish and am conversational in American Sign Language. I also love playing volleyball and basketball, and I love to hike.
