I have dedicated my career to underserved populations. I’ve had the opportunity to work in the resource-limited and racially divided South, as well as to practice frontier medicine on the Navajo Reservation. I previously served as a medical officer, chief of medical staff and acting clinical director at Kayenta Health Center, a Navajo Area Indian Health Service Facility. In 2013 I joined North Country HealthCare as the Deputy Chief Medical Officer; I then served as the Chief Medical Officer from December 2013 until I became North Country’s CEO in November 2015.
I am board certified in pediatrics and internal medicine, and I am a member of the North Country Graduate Medical Education Committee.
